All American Pressure Canners

The All American pressure canner is the top-of-the-line pressure canner. It’s the canner you get when you’re committed to food preservation. They’re pricey but are absolutely worth every penny. I have the 925 myself.

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry has manufactured All American Pressure Canners in the USA since the 1930s. The All American canner provides the best and safest method for home canning. The U.S.D.A. recommends pressure canning as the only way to can meat, fish, poultry, and all vegetables.

Only the All American Pressure Canner features an exclusive, precision machined “Metal-to-Metal” sealing system. Positive action clamping locks align the cover to the base forming a steam-tight seal. The All American Pressure Canner is the only method that the U.S.D.A. recommends for low acid foods. All models feature a readable pressure gauge for accurate pressure control.

Lehman’s Amish-Made Stovetop Water Bath Canner

This stainless steel stovetop water bath canner is handcrafted by the Amish in Ohio, USA. They are the largest, most durable stainless water bath canners available. Holds 15 quart jars or 18 pint jars (holds 36 pint jars with additional shelf sold separately). It holds up to 50 quarts when used as a stockpot. Made of 24 gauge, 304 stainless steel. Made in the USA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by the Amish. All welded design, no soldering. Built for 2 burners on top of a gas cook stove or tabletop stove. Will contain scratches from manufacturing. For serious canners.

Cottage CraftWorks Outdoor Water Canner

Processes up to 15 quarts or 36-pint jars at one time. Extra-large stainless-steel canner measures 20 x 12 x 12 with a stainless-steel rack bottom to keep the jars from having direct heat.
